A well-established NFP organisation are seeking an experienced Events and Donor Administration Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills and the ability to deal with external stakeholders at events.
Main duties for the Events and Donor Coordinator:
Events coordination and administration
Face to face and over the phone internal and external stakeholder relationship management
To ensure that donor information is stored accurately on the database
To support the head of department with projects
To cover reception on an ad hoc basis
Essential criteria for the Events and Donor Coordinator:
Must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Ability to multi task
Ability to manage face to face and over the phone relationships
Excellent communication skills
