A charity, is looking to recruit an Employer Account Coordinators on their successful Work Programme contract. This a 6 month contract position paying £24,248.93 to £26,943.26 pro rata plus quarterly bonuses related to performance. The role will be based in London (office location flexible) with travel required across London.
The role will support the Employer Account Managers Team to deliver to employers and engage Work Programme customers in employment. The Employer Account Coordinator is a customer facing role that identifies, coaches and prepares applicants to release their potential within the employment recruitment process. You will be responsible for creating and delivering employer pre-screening sessions to groups.
The role would suit an experienced employment trainer or coach with innovative ideas and an ability to engage with people at all levels. You must be target driven, with the ability to work on own initiative. Experience designing and delivering group pre-screening sessions is essential.
