We here at Clay are currently looking for innovative and enthusiastic people to join our expanding organization, we offer a unique platform to which builds upon relationship’s formed between volunteers participating within our organization and staff. Hoping to maintain a pleasant and enjoyable working experience with us. On-going support will be provided and benefit’s that will include travel expenses and references.
About Clay Education
Clay Education is a new Community in Reach Company (all profits are reinvested into our community projects) which challenges attitudes towards online social abuses and deals with such ramifications. By raising awareness with guided support addressing those who may be most affected by related issues, especially within young adults and infants, working in conjunction with various authorities to promote healthier relationships and subsequent attitudes. We believe in the value of self-respect and of dignity.
What we are looking for:
We require someone with certain abilities to enable accessibility to perform the role of Educational Support Assistant, helping to provide support within the structure of a new social enterprise. Along with re-launching our website and contributing to the Love Not Hate campaign to coincide with Global Dignity Day October 21st 2015
Key competencies we require are:
• To ensure the safety and care of Pupils
• To establish acceptance & inclusion of Pupils in the classroom setting
• Awareness of policies & procedures
• Maintaining confidentiality of Home- Pupil/ Pupil- Teacher
• Flexibility & Creativity driven
• A basic understanding of how Children develop & learn
• Previous experience in similar role
• Helping to plan & evaluate events within schools
• DBS required
