Department Adminstrator/PA - Temporary

Our client an international development charity are seeking an experienced PA on a temporary basis for approximatly 6-8 weeks; to be able to start immediatly.

The purpose of this role is to provide pro-active administrative support to the Director of Policy, Advocacy and Campaigns, enabling her/him to deliver on core accountabilities and assisting her/him to manage workload through management and prioritisation of information flow in the Director's work area. The purpose of this role is also to provide administrative support to the PAC department, in particular to the Department Management Team and to the Advocacy Team. The role also supports specific project work within the Director's remit. The postholder is expected to work flexibly and provide support and cover for Administrator colleagues during times of high demand and/or absence.

Essential Expereince:
- Substantial proven experience providing PA support to a high level role
- Experience of working successfully with senior management
- Extensive experience and expertise in using Outlook calendar and email, including diary management, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements
- Experience and high level of expertise in taking minutes
- Proficiency in setting up videoconferencing and skype calls
