A national children's charity are seeking a CRM Database specialist to join their team and deliver training on the CRM database's across the charity.
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to deliver technical training to non-technical staff.
Main duties for the CRM Training Manager:
To provide a helpdesk service providing support on raisers edge queries
To manage and develop one member of staff
Review and improve business support systems
Main point of contact for external agencies
Essential criteria for the Training Manager:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and present complex information in clear and concise way
Expert knowledge of Raisers Edge or other charity specific databases
Ability to deliver training to non-technical staff
Ability to deliver training to groups of people
Previous experience of managing and developing staff would be desirable.
