Job title: Community Fundraising Manager

Location: East London


This youth based charity is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis to provide a comprehensive service to existing and potential community fundraising supporters

Responsibilities for the Community Fundraising Manager:

*Provide a responsive service to existing and potential Community Fundraising supporters
*Deal with any issues that arise and involve others as necessary to resolve problems swiftly
*Ensure the Community Fundraising Hub Team work very closely with the Community Fundraising Field team
*Manage the Community Fundraising Hub Team to a high standard to deliver the service needed
*Liaise with the Appeals Advisory Board to ensure a exemplary support service to their fundraising committees
*Lead and manage the provision of Community Fundraising events including the two day Community Fundraising conference
*Lead all data and supporter management requirements to meet the needs of the Community Fundraising Field Operation
*Maximise supporter potential through data management to deliver maximum net income
*Coordinate all activity with key internal departments

Person specification:
*Develop appropriate proposals for supporters
*Effective in a fast paced environment
*Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
*Numerate, accurate, methodical and analytical with the ability to focus on complex tasks as well as day to day business
