Are you an experience Community Fundraiser looking for a change?

I am working with a National Health Charity to help them recruit for a Community Fundraiser that will be covering Bristol and Wiltshire area. This role will be partly home based but will also be working from one of their offices in Bristol. We are looking for someone who can develop strong lasting fundraising relationships with in the area. Therefore you need to have very strong communication skills and be able to adapt your style different audiences of the charity. You will also need to have experience of working to targets and managing volunteers. Therefore you must be able to provide excellent stewardship and on-going support and motivation to a network of fundraising groups. This role has a fantastic salary banding and offers partly home based working.

 This an exciting opportunity for someone with the following abilities;

-       In depth knowledge of fundraising principles, methods and procedures

-       Awareness of how to motivate and support volunteers, supporters etc.

-       Has raised funds in a community setting on a paid or voluntary basis or has worked in a related discipline (e.g. PR, marketing, sales, project management etc.)

-       Has experience of recruiting and managing volunteers and fundraising groups
