TPP's client; an established Domiciliary Care Agency are seeking to hire a Care Coordinator for their branch in Finchley.
Our client specialise in the provision of high quality care of personalised services in London and Hertfordshire. They provide domiciliary personal care and domestic services, as well as live-in-care, sleepovers, waking nights and respite services.
The role of Care Coordinator will entail liaising with clients, overseeing and managing a team of carers and ensuring client's care and support is covered at all times.
This is an office based position, however field base travel will be required in the event of an on site emergency.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role and have a proven track record of managing 1000+ hours a week.
Due to the nature of this role a full UK Driving License is required although a car is not essential as you will have use of a company car.
This role is for 37.5 hours a week; Monday - Friday 9.00 - 17.00 with 1 day on call during the week and 1 in 4 weekends on call.
In addition to a competitive salary, which is negotiable for the right candidate you will finish at 13.00 on the Monday following your weekend on call, 28 days annual leave and the opportunity to earn a monthly bonus of £200.
