A large and leading professional body are currently recruiting for a Qualifications Manager for a permanent role to develop and manage a division of their professional qualifications.
The Qualifications Manager will develop and manage assessments for the level they are responsible for, managing the people, processes and budget.
You will be responsible for the development of assessments, related examination material and issuing of examination results in a computer based testing environment.
Main responsibilities for the role include:
1. Manage and deliver a designated aspect of examinations and assessments to agreed standards and timelines.
2. Work with colleagues to continually review and enhance the examination provision
3. Co-ordinate specific aspects of the examination administration as directed by the Head of Assessment and Director of Examinations
4. Responsible for the end to end planning, implementation and delivery for a designated aspect of examinations (objective tests and human marked examinations), monitoring the performance of relevant item banks/examinations and taking corrective action as needed.
