We have an exciting opportunity to join a very high profile charity, based in their lovely offices in central London. This new role, Government Grants Fundraising Manager will play a key role in helping to build upon our existing success of securing grant income from statutory sources across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Reporting to the National Trusts and Grants Fundraising Manager, and working closely with others in the Trusts and Statutory team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we maximise all opportunities for grants income from statutory sources for all the charities activities. A key part of your role will be to implement and develop an EU fundraising strategy to ensure income is maximised across this field. This role is crucial in developing , long term partnerships with the charity across all funding opportunities.

As the successful candidate you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have extensive knowledge of successful fundraising from statutory sources at a local and national level, have proven experience of managing complex projects and donor relationships. You will have previous experience of managing budgets and have an effective research capability to identify funding opportunities.
