We are working with the leading homelessness charity in the UK who are currently recruiting for a Lottery & Trust Fundraiser. You will work directly with the charity's service team in England and Scotland to identify and develop projects for applications for the charity's funding. The role reports into the Trusts & Lottery manager working concurrently on the lottery programme.
The Lottery and Trusts fundraiser is responsible for fulfilling grant management requirements and has responsibility for managing the charity's relationships with a small portfolio of trust supporters.
This role benefits from the close work that the trust fundraising team does with it major donor counterparts.
The successful candidate should have the following experience:
- Experience of success in obtaining funds from trusts/lottery or similar bodies including understanding their needs and developing highly personalised relationships
-Experience in relationship building through a range of activities: written, face to face, telephone.
-Be committed to achieving targets and takes personal accountability for work.
