This well known national charity is re-shaping their Marketing and Fundraising Department. To help them do this they are developing an integrated, audience-focused, multi-channel and innovative strategy and are looking for a of high calibre, inspiring and innovative marketer and fundraiser to help achieve their goals.

You will be leading a large, multidisciplinary, geographically diverse team in providing an excellent front line, supporter facing fundraising service, generating significant income and securing support for the charity's work.

This role would suit someone who has experience of volunteer management and who enjoys managing and supporting people. This would be great for someone with a real passion for delivering income or sales management - someone who enjoys aiming for challenging targets and is relentless in their ability to achieve them. The role requires significant experience at a senior level; the ability to bring about change and inspire both your teams and their supporters is essential.
