
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a newly formed Environmental based charity in Milton Keynes. They are looking to recruit an experienced Supporter Care Administrator to specialise in Volunteer admin support. You will be the first person recruited within this team so must possess strong organisational skills and have the ability to work on your own initiative when required.
Main duties for the Supporter Care Administrator:
Responding to inbound supporter queries in an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly manner
Producing standard templates as well as bespoke responses to supporter queries by email
Welcoming, thanking and offering feedback, ensuring supporters feel valued and appreciated
Maintaining the Thank Q database by amending records and performing data cleansing
Ensuring internal colleagues contribute to supporter care by taking a lead role in s/c forum
Ensure correct Volunteer training is booked and recorded where requested
Running and collating business performance reports
Possessing financial donations when team members are unable to do so
Essential criteria for Supporter Care Administrator:
Must have experience working in a Supporter Care role within Charity sector
Must have experience of working with CRM databases
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a keen eye for detail
Must be proactive and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Must be confident and personable
Must have the ability to set up administrative systems and processes when required
