TPP's client, a leading South London housing association have an urgent need for a Service Team Leader for there Young People service to start ASAP. This position will be based in Croydon.
Job Summary:
To ensure the support service achieves Support People KPIS', meets the requirements of Supporting People Outcomes Framework and be an agent for the service and business development.
Responsibilities:
To ensure effective management delivery of the service
Develop and maintain relationships, protocols and partnership working with other key agencies
To maintain administration system and accurate financial and statistical records, and to provide monthly performance reports and other reports as required
You will work closely with other agencies to ensure that residents are able to access a full range of services and support
To support clients to achieve their maximum potential for independent living and to actively encourage social inclusion
Specification:
To have experience of working as a Team Leader/ Manager within a Young Person's supported housing project.
Knowledge of housing related support services including client needs and contract compliance
Understanding of good housing management practice
Staff management experience within Supported Housing
Current CRB Enhanced Check and MUST be within 6 months old.
