This National charity is looking for a Senior Trusts Officer to be based in either London, Oxford or its Leeds office to deliver an agreed income target (minimum of £250,000 each year pro rata) from key major charitable trusts and foundations.
This will include statutory and lottery sources and you will work as part of a team to sustain and grow Trusts income in line with strategy developed by the UK Trust Fundraising Manager. You will be responsible for developing and managing the organisations relationship with a portfolio of existing and prospective key trusts capable of giving grants above 5K.
This charity is looking for someone with:
* Significant trust fundraising experience
* A successful track record of working with and securing major grants (in excess of £10,000) from a major funding organisation
* Experience of either statutory and/or lottery applications
* Experience of major proposal development
* A successful track record of achieving fundraising targets
* Experience of researching funding projects
