Senior Radiographer

Our client, a large private health organisation is looking for an experienced Radiographer to work alongside their busy team. They specialise in diagnostic imaging, although offer many other services, with a range of specialist consultants.
They have 9 clinics throughout the UK, although this particular post is working in Central London.
Duties include
* Provide a professional radiographic, CT / MRI scanning service to patients.
* Provide and be responsible for a high standard of patient care at all times.
* Prepare for and assist Radiologists and other Consultants during specialised procedures.
* Work efficiently and effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure optimum patient care.
* Undertake intravenous injections of contrast agents.
* Participate in the rotation through all the sites and be available for weekend work.
* Take a flexible approach to working hours when required.
* Liaise with Radiologists / Consultants with regards to urgent reports or scan protocols.
* Assist in training new or junior members of staff.
Skills/Qualifications required
* DCR (R) or BSc Diagnostic Radiography
* Registration with HPC
* Registration with SOR (Desirable)
* Minimum 3 years post grad clinical experience, 2 years of which in MRI/CT
* Well developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership Skills
Location - London, West End
Salary - £36,000
Hours - 40 per week, some weekend work required paid as overtime
