They have a unique approach to dentistry and are also one of an elite group to have achieved the prestigious British Dental Association Good Practice Award.
The Practice is now seeking a Senior Receptionist who can assist with the day to day running of the practice whilst ensuring that a first class service is offered to the guests at all times. If you are extremely customer service focused with an interest in Dental, motivated and have a passion for excellence, this could be the role for you.
Senior Medical Receptionist Duties
As the face of the practice you will be the first point of contact both face to face and on the phone. You will ensure that the reception area is kept to a high standard and that the guests are looked after at all times. You will assist with the day to day administration, take calls and deliver accurate messages, will be able to anticipate the needs of the guests and have the ability to educate them. You will offer a personalised service, giving ideas to the Practice, be involved with the journey of the guests, confident, articulate and eager to learn.
The role as Senior Medical Receptionist would ideally suit a second/third jobber looking for work within a Dental related environment and who is willing to cover another of their clinics in West London on occasion.
The role requires a high level of discretion, proven customer service skills, a good working knowledge of Excel and Word, a front line reception background,
excellent verbal and written English, flexibility and commitment.
An excellent telephone manner is required along with exceptional customer service skills, experience of dealing with VIPs and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
You will need to be flexible with hours to suit guests at times and will be given time off in lieu for overtime.

Salary: £21,000 to £25,000 based on experience
Hours: 42 per week
Monday to Thursday 8.15am to 6pm & Friday 8am to 4pm
