The position of Senior Products Fundraiser will join a sector leading team who focus on the development of new fundraising initiatives, products, and propositions to continue the great success this team has already seen. They are also very flexible on where the candidate is location, hybrid working is at the heart of what they do.

The role of Senior Products Fundraiser will play a critical role in sustaining their income by improving performance of their existing products as well as creating new ones that can be taken out to the market. This role will see you develop strong relationships with other Managers across the Individual Giving team, working closely with them to ensure effective delivery of all campaigns. You will manage multiple campaigns that will include several flag ship products, their weekly lottery, raffles and payroll. The effective delivery of these campaign will rely on agencies and suppliers, providing direction and managing the performance of these will be an important aspect of the role. You will also develop a new fundraising product development strategy and report on legacy acquisition campaigns. There will be line management responsibilities within the role, ensuring that the team is lead and overseeing their continued development.

They are looking for candidates to have substantial experience in Direct Marketing or Digital Fundraising, being able to manage the delivery of multiple campaigns at one time from end to end. You will have had experience in product management or the development of new products within a portfolio. An important aspect to this role is management of both team members and external agencies, having experience in both will be needed. You will have to be experienced in managing large budgets, both on the income and expenditure sides.
