Revenue Accounting Assistant required for an established health charity. Focused on revenue accounting you will collect and accurately record the income data of; events, legacies, donors, retail, supporters, corporate, trusts and direct marketing, ensuring timely banking of all income. You will work as part of a team providing efficient and effective financial information, provide a service to internal customers and be responsible for managing relationships with Managers and Administrative Staff.
Revenue Accounting Assistants main duties will include;
- Accurately recording various income streams
- Income banking
- Processing Gift Aid
- Accruals and Prepayments
- Assisting with year end procedures
Revenue Accounting Assistant will have;
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to work in a small team and to meet demanding deadlines
- Sound understanding of financial and administrative procedures
- Experience of SUN ideal, although not essential and experience of Excel.
- Strong communicating skills, both written and verbal
