Receptionist

Our client believes in a holistic approach to dental care. They will aim to treat the whole person, looking after any concerns, offering first class treatment and a wide range of services tailored to ensure a unique experience on each visit.
The practice is now looking for a Receptionist to assist with the day to day running of the practice.
You should be an experienced Receptionist who strives to deliver the best possible service to the patients, has a passion for excellence, is articulate, well presented with excellent communication skills. You will have strong administration skills which should include working knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of SOE also, would be an advantage.
This role would be ideal for a second/third jobber looking to work within a medical related environment and who is also willing to cover another clinic in West London on occasion. The role requires a high level of discretion within keeping to the practice confidentiality clause.
Timekeeping is important along with a good attitude, a good level of commitment and excellent written and oral English.
Required
Medical/Corporate background
Working knowledge of Word and Excel
High level of written and spoken English
Excellent telephone manner
Experience of dealing with VIP clients
Location: West End
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm
Salary: £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
