One-time Volunteering is a great way to make a connection with I Matter Training. These positions are also a good fit for individuals who want to work on a specific event or endeavour. After completing a very brief application process, One-time Volunteers are offered the chance to participate in the very next special event, short-term endeavour, or office project that comes along. I Matter training ask for no ongoing commitment for this position.
All Volunteers are required to attend a staff orientation held at I Matter Training office. This is an invaluable opportunity to share skills and build a cohesive team. Orientation includes workshops, activities, discussions, and presentations related to program delivery, volunteer staff roles, communication, boundary-setting, youth development, and more! This is the foundation for I Matter training, building connections among diverse volunteer staff to empower them to form a supportive community for Learners and each other.
