
This leading national social welfare charity are looking to recruit a Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop, implement and deliver a strategy for engaging new corporate partners and increasing the charities financial and strategic opportunities
The main duties of the role will include;
- Plan and deliver the national new business strategy within corporate partnerships
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of current and potential prospects
- Implement and manage the annual budget and activity for the new business team
- Deliver effective management systems and processes and monitor performance with the use of KPI's and targets
-Build and manage effective relationships in order to maximise corporate support
- Manage, lead and develop the new business team within corporate partnerships
- Negotiate new partnerships contracts ensuring they provide mutual benefit
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
- Proven success of generating income from new business
- Experience of managing and developing growth in a corporate fundraising environment
- Team management skills able to line manage and work as part of a team to achieve personal objectives
- Proven skills in budget management and financial planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce persuasive written funding proposals
- Excellent face to face and presentation skills with the ability to negotiate and build beneficial relationships with people at all levels
- Ability to identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to problems
