Our client is a leading social welfare organisation at an exciting period of fundraising growth. As part of this growth they currently require a Trusts and Grants fundraiser to lead on implementing a strategy for their income generation activity through Trusts and foundations.
Working with the National Fundraising Manager you will:
* Achieve annual income targets for grantmaking trust income as set out in the National fundraising Strategy.
*Writing funding bids to grantmaking trusts for both unrestricted funds and project income.
* Manage relationships with grantmaking trusts to ensure that every opportunity is recognised and where possible realised
Requirements of the role:
* Trust fundraising role within a voluntary sector organisation
* Proven record of success in generating income form external organisations
* Preparation and presentation of major bid applications
