The Practice currently has 2 partners and a total of 20 staff, made up of 1 practice nurse, 1 nurse practitioner, 3 salaried GPs and an administration team. The practice operates in one of the nicest surgery premises in the area, being renovated and purpose built to allow growth in list size and staff. It has modern, state of the art technology to ensure that patients are seen in an efficient and timely manner
They now need a part time Receptionist to complete their team who have the following:-
* Friendly personality
* Team player
* Diligent and reliable worker
Reception duties would include: -
* Receiving patients and visitors to the practice
* Dealing with queries and requests as appropriate
* Be responsible for generating repeat prescriptions
* Booking and cancelling appointments
* Working as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have a medical background, have excellent interpersonal skills and have previous experience of using the EMIS system.
Hours: Variable
Job Type: Temporary long term
Salary: £7.50 per hour
