A busy GP surgery in Central London is looking for a temporary Medical Receptionist/Administrator to start ASAP until December to join their team.  The surgery is attached to a University so with the new term starting it is a busy time for them.

You must have experience working within a GP surgery and using the database EMIS.  You will be registering new patients, booking and updating appointments, dealing with incoming calls, taking messages and dealing with general enquiries.  As well as working on the reception you will also be assisting with general administration in the back office. 

For this role you must be reliable, smartly presented, have a clear and polite telephone manner and be a conscientious team player.  You must have worked within a GP surgery as a Medical Receptionist using EMIS, be able to multi-task and have good general IT skills.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday, standard full time office hours. 

Hourly rate would be £7.00 - £7.50 per hour depending on experience.
