Our client a Private Medical Clinic is looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to lead this exciting and challenging role. The environment is in prestigious offices in a professional environment. They are based in central London. This is a full time position to start as soon as possible and looking for someone to come in and make a difference.
The Receptionist/Administrator would be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of reception, making sure all processes are followed and standards are upheld. People skills and working well under pressure are vital in this role, as is excellent communication skills, will be working to strict time frames. The role will be half the day on reception and the other half the day in the back office working on administration.
The ideal candidate would have prior experience of working as a Receptionist and Administrator within a private healthcare organisation, the candidate will need to be self motivated, proactive and efficient with a real zest to make things happen.
Duties for the role and requirements:
*Follow existing administrative procedures and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Centre (includes the provision of administrative support to the doctors and nurses).
*Make sure the telephone is always answered promptly and professionally.
*Ensure the reception area is tidy at all times and appropriate reading matter and information is displayed.
*Deliver a high quality customer service to our patients, as expected from a private medical centre.
*Maintain accurate records of all attendees.
*Maintain accurate records of all payments made.
*Make sure patient records are always available to the doctor or nurse in time for appointments.
*Ensure paper notes are accurately uploaded to the electronic system.
*Advise patients on the services available at the Centre.
*Collate management information for key client accounts.
*To ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times, including the storage of patient records and transfer of verbal and written information.
Hours: Full Time 40 hours per week/ shifts between 08.00am and 18.00pm
