As Major Gifts Manager, your role will be to create and implement a fundraising strategy that will in turn maximise income from Individual and trust donors based on a three year strategy and a one year operational plan. You will also support the Head of Major Gifts with the management of the Major Gifts team.
It will be your responsibility to create manage and develop relationships to maximise their lifetime support for the organisation.
Criteria:
- Senior level of experience in fundraising including major gifts
- Experience of personally securing gifts from inviduals
- Staff management
- Ability to create and implement strategic and operational plans
