As the Major Donor Manager this will be a fantastic opportunity to manage the growth of the Major Donor programme in order to achieve budget target.
Job Profile:
Drive and develop the major donor programme through the Major Gifts Researcher and extensive supporter database
Identify, develop and manage relationships with new Major Donors
Develop Major Donor strategy
Manage delivery of Major Donor events
Line manage Major Donor Fundraiser and Executive
Key Skills:
Solid experience of dealing with high net worth individuals
Soliciting gifts of £50k plus
Strong people management skills
