As the Individual Giving Officer forming part of the Individual Giving team you will be responsible for the management and implementation of campaigns as part of the individual giving programme and the delivery of high standard donor care through a range of media.
Key Profile
Project management of supporter retention
Analyse and track reports from campaigns and provide an end of campaign report
Work alongside Database Officer on analysing campaign data
Work with agencies, suppliers and volunteers and deliver best results
Assist Head of Individual Giving with budget and financial monitoring
Key Skills
Experience of project management marketing campaigns either within a charity or agency
Experience of digital media
Understanding of donor development
