The Head of Research will commission and communicate research that develops the business case and demonstrates the impact it is having on educational disadvantage. You will further develop the understanding of the problem which this charity exists to address, while showing that the charity is effective and value-for-money. Thirdly you will ensure that government and regulatory agencies receive all the necessary data and information so that the charity complies with all regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements.
We are looking for an experienced professional with knowledge and expertise within the education sphere who has carried out/commissioned research projects and measured the impact of programmes. You must have experience of developing a strategy, communicating research to external contacts, and effectively leading a team.
