A GP surgery with a friendly team are looking for a new Medical Receptionist to join the team, the surgery is part of a Medical Group based in South East London.
If you are a GP Medical receptionist using the EMIS system and want a new job within a friendly, professional, efficient surgery this could be the job for you.
Permanent Medical Receptionist
The job involves working on the GP reception area, dealing with patients on a daily basis, booking appointments, scanning, summerising, taking calls, updating the EMIS system, keeping the reception tidy, issuing prescriptions, referring patients, customer service, assisting with general administration duties, ensuring reception is manned and that patients are looked after, and other ad-hoc duties.
You will have used EMIS within a previous role, be well presented and clearly spoken with a mature and friendly attitude.
Medical Receptionist
Salary:£12,000pa to £15,000pa (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
