Supporting fundraising campaigns through the performance of analysis and providing data for analysis.
Supporting and building business processes involving capture and processing of supporter information.
Performing of analysis to enable fundraising programme performance assessment and drive strategic decision making.
Generating reports using IT / database systems and assist in their analysis primarily using MS Access and Excel.
Documenting various business and information systems.
Effectively communicating with internal teams to successfully gather customer requirements and disseminate reports and analysis.
Analyse and interpret the data to identify database / business issues and recommend appropriate methods to resolve.
