Friends of the Wumenu Community Farm

 

Friends of the Wumenu Community Farm a Scottish based Charity is seeking to engage a competent Volunteer freelance fundraiser with significant experience in management, planning, fundraising, marketing, PR and communications.

 

They are looking for a Volunteer who can provide consultancy services as well as individual pieces of work such as trust application and fundraising letters.  You will be responsible for designing and developing new fundraising programmes for their projects in close coordination with UK based charity and their overseas partner organisation in Ghana.  Also, prepare grant applications for submission to institutional donors, capacity development of overseas partners in project design and proposal writing.  You will indentify emerging needs and provide intellectual leadership and guidance in the development and forward planning of the local and overseas project.

This role is remote but will include overseas visits with the aim of liaising with partner organisations, problem solving and new programme development.

 

For this role the main skills required would be copy writing, management skills, project management, public relation skills, quark express, sales/marketing letters.
