European Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

This is a newly created role within this expanding international charity. The role will primarily be responsible for establishing and implementing the infrastructure needed to grow the annual revenue stream through solicitation of major gifts, government grants, special events, and corporate and foundation support. Within Europe, there will be specific focus on public funders including DfiD, other European developments and health ministries. Other responsibilities include working to expand and diversify the charity's international donor base/pipeline and working closely with other senior staff to secure funding for new initiatives.

You will be a proven senior fundraising professional with a proven track record in a development/fundraising function, managing and forging relationships with multiple donor sources. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of donors and build long-term relationships.
