We are currently recruiting for a leading Health charity within their DM team. To cover secondment they currently require someone to assist in managing campaigns within their Direct Marketing team.
Purpose:
To support the Direct Marketing Manager and work as part of the stewardship team, in delivering and project managing a programme of acquiring, retaining and developing donors, with the aim of maximising the lifetime value of the donor base.
Experience required:
Proven direct marketing knowledge and experience either in a commercial or charity environment
Experience of project managing direct mail campaigns, to include copy, design and print production
Good understanding of the principles of customer care and the measures that are used to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
