Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager and based in their Central London office. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the supporter development campaigns, to retain and develop existing supporters. You shall manage relationships with external agencies such as creative and print production, working in partnership with them to develop the campaigns from initial brief through to campaign analysis. You will manage telephone and payroll giving agencies to enable effective delivery of campaigns on a regular basis. As the Campaigns Officer you shall project manage each fundraising activity within budget and tight timetables. As an integral part of the team you shall contribute to the planning process and development of the campaigns and collate and produce results for each campaign and provide a detailed analysis and recommendations for future campaigns, this will include produce data selection briefs following segmentation requirements.

As the successful candidate you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, have demonstrable experience of working within a Direct Marketing environment including campaign management including direct mail, door drops, inserts. You will be a confident communicator with excellent inter-personal skills and able to form excellent working relationships both internally and externally. You will be a proactive and have the ability to plan and manage a number of projects and activities to tight deadlines.
