A fantastic charity based in London is looking for a Development Officer to work within their membership department.
Key duties will involve:
Providing excellent customer service to existing members
Dealing with prospective members
Supporting members with any fundraising activities
Membership administration Processing donations and membership subscriptions
Updating records on the Raisers Edge database
Supporting with regular appeals liaising with members and donors
Support of the charities monthly newsletter and other membership communications
Working closely with the Development Manager to maximise the fundraising potential
Assisting with charity events Support with volunteer management.
