Credit Controller urgently required for rapidly expanding NFP organisation. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will manage the day to day credit control.
Credit Controllers, main duties will include;
* Calling customers with outstanding balances and arranging payments
* Preparing letters and statements for customers with outstanding balances
* Arrange payment plans
* Maintain accurate account records
* Resolve queries
* Review and improve credit control procedures
Ideal candidate will have;
* Experience of credit control within a small to medium sized charity
* Highly motivated, able to work on own initiative
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines and a keen eye for detail
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal
* Strong IT skills, including PS Financials
