This role will predominantly be a credit control role but with some elements of Administrative support on a daily basis.
Credit Control
To raise and chase invoices from the consultants and to match against the clinics DGL Practice Manager system.
Accurate input of figures is essential and regular reporting is necessary.
There is an element of chasing outstanding payments from clients and/or private health insurance bodies, so previous experience within this area is highly desirable.
Strong experience with EXCEL, WORD and OUTLOOK is essential.
Administrative duties
Daily admin duties to include
All typing is outsourced, but all corrections and proofing would be done on a daily bases.
Printing, faxing, filing.
Answering the telephone and dealing with queries in an effective and professional manner.
Other administrative tasks on an Ad hoc basis.

To be eligible for this role you MUST have previous Credit con troll experience, preferably within a Medical or Health service function. A typing speed of 40WPM and be a highly organised individual with a 'can do' attitude.
