This prestigious children's charity is recruiting for a Corporate Account Manager to be responsible for the delivery of a major corporate partnerships to ensure income and all other opportunities for the charity are maximised. The main duties of the role will include;
- Manage a very large corporate fundraising account which spans all aspects of corporate fundraising including employee fundraising, sponsorship, cause related marketing and charity of the year partnerships
- Manage and deliver a portfolio of medium to large corporate accounts
- Write, deliver and monitor fundraising plans to maximise both employee and commercial fundraising opportunities
- Work closely with the charity's press and communications team to ensure events and promotions are publicized
- Build beneficial relationships with both internal and external key contacts
- Evaluate the success and impact of the partnership to assist with motivating existing partnerships and securing new opportunities
- Line management responsibilities for one Account Executive
- Support the new business team to attend and deliver corporate pitches
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience;
- Proven ability to manage large multi-faceted corporate fundraising partners
- Ability to lead junior staff, experience of line management would be desirable
- Demonstrable ability to use own initiative, problem solve and prioritise workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to address all levels and negotiate when required
- Flexible attitude, willing to develop skills and personal learning and work out of office hours as required
- Contribute to team meetings and initiatives and promote the mission and ethos of the charity when able
