As Regional Fundraising Manager your role will be to manage the development and delivery of the Regional Fundraising plan, in line with the Corporate and strategic plan. Manage a team of Community Fundraisers to deliver objectives and targets, work alongside County Managers and volunteers within the counties. Work with the Head of Regional Fundraising on the delivery and development of new fundraising initiatives.

Essential Criteria:

Experience of working with and leading volunteers
Budget management
Monitoring activity ie KPIs
Experience of leadership and management
