Contract until March 2011
3 days per week
Salary: Circa £27,000 pro rata

I have a very exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading social welfare organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
* To support the Marketing Manager in delivering the client's remit to produce and disseminate resources to the children's services sector on time and on budget.
* To contribute to the development and production of audience specific products, in partnership with the Marketing Manager and communications and e-learning teams.
* To support the development and implementation of marketing plans, including segmenting potential audiences
* To support marketing activities, including researching stakeholders and drafting copy for stakeholder websites, articles and other marketing collateral when required.
* To ensure that all materials are prepared in accordance with the C4EO brand and housestyle.
The appointed candidate will:
* Have experience of marketing resources to a wide range of diverse audiences.
* Experience of writing and editing clear, concise and informative copy for electronic and print materials
* Excellent oral communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence others, and to present ideas clearly and persuasively
* Knowledge of the children's services or social care sector
