As Chief Executive, you will provide both direction and transformational leadership to the charity. Working in partnership with the Board of Trustees, you will shape the development and implementation of key strategies, plans and policies, advising the Board on matters of strategic vision and governance.
You will be an effective leader able to manage change and motivate our team of talented staff and volunteers. You should have awareness of the strategic issues facing providers of services, alongside a track record of delivering consistent improvement, managing complex operations, financial management and business acumen. You will have the ability and drive to build and maintain effective partnerships, increasing the impact and reputation of the organisation.
Above all else, we are seeking an individual who has a genuine commitment to improving the lives of people with mental ill health.
