You will be researching new organisations using the internet and telephone, recording contact details on a database and other administrative duties. After gaining experience of the role you may be trained to created ‘missing’ posters, look at missing people case information and send ‘missing’ posters to organisations.
You do not need any qualifications, however you need the following skills: good telephone manner, fluent spoken and written English, good computer skills, able to work by yourself, strong internet research skills and be friendly and approachable.
