An exciting opportunity for an experienced Tutor to deliver Basic skills, functional skills and employability.
You will be responsible for:
Training learners in basic and functional skills to certification
Assessment and review of learner progress
Designing basic skills/functional skills sessions
Delivering training sessions up to level 2 in Basic/Functional Skills in English, Maths and Employability
Offering advice and guidance on vocational programmes
Conduct induction sessions and determine appropriate assessment plans
The development of training and assessment materials
You will have
A teaching certificate (DTLLS/CTLLS)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience of delivering qualifications to external awarding body requirements
The ability to design schemes of work and session plans
Experience of working with 16-19 year olds
Experience of working with a wide range of client groups
