My client is looking for a strong Assistant Accountant to provide exceptional support to the budget holders while provide direct support towards the accounting processes. The main responsibility is dealing with all aspects of the purchase ledger and petty cash, payments, managing relationships with suppliers, reconciliation, collection of debts and helping with financial statements in support of the year end process.
Key requirements:
* Part qualified or studying towards a qualification.
* Excellent knowledge of Purchase ledger, reconciliations and year end accounting.
* Experience of Sun accounts package
* Ability to work and manage a small team
