This leading International charity is looking for an Advocacy manager to joint their team to:
Manage and coordinate their Advocacy programmes in the UK, Europe and Africa.
Develop new advocacy strategies to enhance the charities profile.
Work with the Executive Director concerning strategic development of advocacy programmes and activities.
This is an exciting and diverse job and the organisation is looking for someone with:
A masters degree and significant work experience with emphasis on advocacy, public relations, media/communications.
Significant experience in advocacy (additional experience required in lieu of a Masters degree).
Excellent communication experience to a diverse audience.
Experience of coordinating development of materials (annual reports, brochures)
A successful record of working as a manager, project or team leader in advocacy ideally relating to international development issues.
