A specialist care charity based in West London is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator on a 9 month maternity contract.
Reporting to the Volunteer Coordinator you will be responsible for providing Administrative Support to the Case department.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
*Initiate annual review procedure monthly, including routine correspondence and visit requests
*Liaise with visitors regarding visits to new applicants and regular beneficiaries
*Administrative support for the recruitment of new volunteers
*Support for volunteer training sessions, including processing of applications for CRB checks, and issue of identity cards.
*Update Visitor database
*Open and distribute departmental mail
*Provide administrative support to the PA to the Director, Volunteer Coordinator, Casework Manager and Caseworkers including computer data-entry, file management
*Provide cover on reception as and when required
Successful candidate will have excellent organisation and communication skills along with the ability to prioritise.
