This leading DM agency works closely with clients within the charity sector to provide and deliver exceptional fundraising projects to help them achieve their aims successfully.
Working on some high profile charity accounts across all areas of DM including mobile fundraising this is an excellent opportunity to undertake a really varied, challenging role that will allow you to use your creativity.
If you are an account manager already and wish to work with the charity sector OR if you have been working in a DM department of a charity for a while and would like a new challenge this could be the role for you!
On a day to day basis your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- To support the client's strategic direction and to ensure work is carried out with this as a grounding
- To deliver exceptional donor and date led creative as well as developing and managing schedules whilst ensuring creative stays true to brief
- To test, learn and report back on any key findings ensuring results are accurately collated and reported
- To grow your clients' business by identifying opportunities and working with your Account Director to make recommendations
- To maintains strong client relationships and to keep in regular contact both in person and over the phone
- To manage the work of your charity clients and ensure that all requests and discussions are acted upon
- To manage partners, freelancers and suppliers to deliver work on time and within budget
