TPP Giving Back to the Sector

At TPP, our principles guide everything we do and our people are committed to driving them through every aspect of our business, using them as the foundation stones on which to build mutually beneficial relationships with our candidates and clients.

As part of our commitment to the third sector, we offer various additional free services to not for profit organisations, including:

Free venue hire. Our boardroom, based between Cannon Street and Bank, can accommodate 10-12 people for away days, team building exercises, board strategy days, or interviews. Subject to availability.

Free advertising for volunteer roles. TPP display volunteer vacancies in our reception area (we see 80-100 people every week who want to work in the sector) and on our website (which receives 20,000 visits on average per month).

Free professional development seminars. TPP run a series of events throughout the year run by sector specialists offering professional development and networking opportunities.

We not only support the not for profit sector by finding the best calibre personnel for the variety of interesting roles on offer, our staff also give their time to support various causes as teams or individuals. Our Consultants chose to work in this sector as they enjoy the challenge of using their skills and experience to find the right people to enhance an organisation.
